Seller Central's Date Range Transaction Report for the most recent 90 days, as a CSV. Each row is one payment line item — orders as well as non-order transactions such as refunds, service fees, FBA fees, and adjustments.

| date/time | Posted date/time of the transaction (marketplace time zone). |
| settlement id | The settlement this transaction was paid out in. |
| type | Transaction type (e.g. Order, Refund, Service Fee, FBA Transaction fees). |
| order id | Amazon order ID (blank for non-order transactions). |
| sku | Your merchant SKU. |
| description | Product title or a description of the non-order charge. |
| quantity | Units for the transaction. |
| marketplace | Marketplace the transaction occurred in (e.g. amazon.com). |
| account type | Order channel (e.g. Standard Orders). |
| fulfillment | Amazon (FBA) or Seller (merchant-fulfilled). |
| order city / order state / order postal | Buyer ship-to location. |
| tax collection model | Who remits the tax (e.g. MarketplaceFacilitator). |
| product sales | Product revenue for the row. |
| product sales tax | Sales tax collected on the product. |
| shipping credits / shipping credits tax | Shipping charged to the buyer and its tax. |
| gift wrap credits / giftwrap credits tax | Gift wrap charged to the buyer and its tax. |
| Regulatory Fee / Tax On Regulatory Fee | Regulatory fee charged and its tax. |
| promotional rebates / promotional rebates tax | Promotions applied and their tax. |
| marketplace withheld tax | Tax Amazon withheld and remits on your behalf. |
| selling fees | Referral and variable closing fees. |
| fba fees | Fulfillment fees for FBA orders. |
| other transaction fees | Shipping chargebacks/holdbacks, per-item fees, and sales-tax collection fees. |
| other | Non-order transaction amounts (see the type/description for detail). |
| total | Net amount for the row. |
| Transaction Status | Released or deferred. |
| Transaction Release Date | When a deferred transaction is released. |
Reports with a start date of Jan 1, 2025 or later are indexed by posted date and include both released and deferred transactions.
